Edward L. Martindale, Jr.
Attorney
Edward L. Martindale Jr. was born and raised in Jackson, Tennessee. He obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from Lambuth College and went on to earn his Doctor of Jurisprudence from Memphis State University in 1983. Edward graduated from the National College of Trial Advocacy in Washington, D.C., in 1985 and has been practicing law for over 40 years in all twelve counties of West Tennessee.
Edward is a member of the American Trial Lawyer's Association and the Tennessee Association of Justice. He is also a Rule 31 Listed Mediator certified by the Tennessee Supreme Court in General Civil Mediation since 2006. Edward has served on the Board of Directors of the Tennessee Trial Lawyers Association (now Tennessee Association of Justice), among others. He has also served as past President of the Madison County Young Lawyer's Association and was elected President of the Jackson-Madison County Bar Association in 1998, where he served for a year. In 2010, he was awarded the Ernie H. Gray Paralegal Utilization Award for his exceptional service.
In 2008, Edward was nominated for the Judicial Selection Commission, where he served until his term expired in 2011. He was also elected a Fellow of the Tennessee Bar Foundation in 2011.
In his free time, Edward enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, attending his church at St. Mary's Catholic Church and playing golf.
Jesse Snider
Attorney
Jesse Snider was born and raised in Jackson, Tennessee. She graduated from Lambuth University before obtaining her Doctor of Jurisprudence in 2012 from the Nashville School of Law. She is currently an associate attorney at The Law Offices of Edward L. Martindale, Jr., specializing in family law and criminal defense litigation.
Jesse has served on the Board of Jackson State Community College Business Department and the treatment teams of the City of Jackson Recovery Court and the City of Milan Recovery Court. She is part of several professional organizations, such as the American Bar Association, Business and Professional Women, Tennessee Bar Association, Tennessee Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, Association of Recovery Court Professionals and Jackson-Madison County Bar Association Young Lawyers Division. Jesse is also a Rule 31 Family Law Mediator through the Tennessee Supreme Court.
In 2014, Jesse was named Jackson Finest Young Professional, and she was later named an honorary board member of the Tennessee Judicial Foundation. She resides in Medina, Tennessee, with her husband and two sons. When she's not busy with work, Jesse enjoys spending quality time with her family, reading and water sports.
Jill Williams

Jill Williams has been a resident of Jackson, Tennessee for the past 21 years. She graduated with honors, earning a Cum Laude distinction for both her A.S. from Jackson State Community College and her B.S. from Lambuth University.
Jill’s professional journey includes roles in finance at institutions such as Regions Bank and account management at major manufacturing companies, where she oversaw payroll and compliance for 400+ employees. In her current position at the Law Offices of Edward L. Martindale Jr., Jill manages client communications, case files, legal research, court preparations and more.
Outside of work, Jill enjoys spending time with her husband, Kyle, and their quadruplets, Avery, Aspen, Hensley, Hudson and Ace. She also enjoys time with their three pugs, attending concerts and college football games.
